Tantrum (Test Post From iPhone)
The first full blown, lay on the floor and cry, tantrum moment was captured just before bed. The cause? “Time to put crayons away and get jammies on!” Who knew that was such a terrible awful thing to request?

We’ve had those – not about crayons but today at the Apple store we had a break down. Lexi was not ready to say goodbye to Dora. And Mommy was. Mommy won but only because I was willing to carry her screaming thrashing body out of the store.
You know those people that just let there kid freak out – I get them now.

How on earth could you be so cruel? Next thing you know, you’ll be making her take a bath or eat with utensils instead of her fingers. Tsk Tsk Tsk.

My heart just breaks looking at her. So pathetic. And yet adorable at the same time. Lexi hasn’t had any tantrums like that yet, but I think we’re not too far away. There have been some ominous signs of late.

Poor kid. Such heartbreak.
She’ll get over it. From an early age, I’d give the warning with Morgan. I’d start at 10 minutes and then 5 and then 2 and then we go. We still have a battle here and there, but for the most part, she knows the drill.

We should all be that cute when we tantrum. (I’m willing to accept it was less cute with sound though, if you raised a questioning eyebrow at cute.

Oh my gosh! I’m laughing like crazy at this photo… but only because that EXACT same posture is utilized at our house at least once daily.
She’s still SO cute!
