I stole a meme from Zoot which will have to suffice until I get some creativity infused into my body. I’m still blah from the holidays. My brain. It’s just not ready! Oh. Whine. I know. Shhh.

• Got married!

2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I’m not sure I made any resolutions last year. We were too busy being holed up on the couch while EHH recovered from an appendectomy so I don’t think resolutions were number one on my mind.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
OMG! Like four MILLION! Heather, Michelle, Christina, Melissa – 3 girls and a boy!
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No. Thank God.
5. What countries did you visit?
Aruba, England, France
6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
Patience.

July 8th – FINALLY a weekend in Boston
July 14th – Lil Bro’s birthday and Kenny Chesney Concert in NYC!
July 19th – BON JOVI at Giant’s Stadium!
August 13th – My Wedding
September 9th – The day of 4 million parties
September 29th – Day Baby Dorkus was born!
October 6th – The day this site launched
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Planning my wedding, working full time, going to school, and buying our house all at the same time without being committed. And that’s not saying that I shouldn’t have been.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Why dwell?
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Daily.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Our hardwood floors. Though I guess we haven’t really “bought” them yet. Gotta love 1 year no payments/no interest. I guess my new cell phone – her name is Pearl – if I’m taking this question literally.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Youngest niece. She was so well behaved before, during, and after our wedding. Awesome for a 3 year old.

President Bush
14. Where did most of your money go?
Hi! House!

Marrying the man I love more than life itself.

Grey’s Anatomy I think. But Entourage and Rescue Me are up there.
24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?
Hate is a strong word. I try not to focus on people I hate, but saying yes would be the safe answer though I can’t think of a name right now. Oh wait. Yes I can. And Yes. Definitely. Hate.
25. What was the best book you read?
I read so many! I really liked Swapping Lives, Jane Green.
26. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Norah Jones. I know, I know. Where have I been?
27. What did you want and get?
An awesome husband that loves me.

A two car garage.

30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 29. I went to work. My team had a surprise pizza party for me that was totally awesome. That night I went to dinner with EHH and my Mom and drank wiiiiiine!
31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
If I could’ve fit in my size 6 jeans for more than 2 weeks.
32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2006?
Boring. With a side of 1998.

Ha! Nothing! I’m so far from sane!

Jessica Simpson

The War in Iraq.
36. Who did you miss?
My Mema and Pop. It was so awesome for them to be at my wedding. I got so sad when they went home. I think of them daily and miss them.
37. Who was the best new person you met?
I pondered over this for a while and I really think the best new person we met was our realtor, Lisa. She rocks on lots of levels. And her husband makes a fucking mean Bloody Mary.

It really does feel better to just let go, be yourself, and embrace the crazies.
